Does it pretend to be me?
Replies go from your own address and sign off as you. If a customer asks whether they’re talking to a person, Switchboard tells them honestly that it’s an AI assistant working for you.
What if it gets something wrong?
Anything it’s unsure about comes to you as Your Call, and complaints come straight to you as an Escalation. It never agrees prices, dates or meetings for you, and you can take over any conversation at any point.
